My name is Chelsea Green and I’m a therapist who believes growth happens when insight and practical skills come together. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by years of supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, emotional intensity, and life’s unexpected transitions. I value clarity, accountability, and building tools that actually work outside the therapy room.
I also believe therapy doesn’t have to be stiff to be meaningful. Whether we’re mapping patterns, building coping strategies, or tackling a particularly stubborn “boss battle,” my goal is to help you feel capable, understood, and equipped for whatever chapter comes next.
